Type:Brochure Design
I joined the company as non-essential retail began reopening post-pandemic, at a time when rebuilding customer confidence and footfall was a key priority.
I led the design of the Christmas brochure, which played a central role in the seasonal retail strategy and supported both marketing and in-store activity. Working closely with the Managing Director and Visual Merchandising team, I explored a range of creative directions before developing an Elf-themed concept. This was applied consistently across the printed brochure, in-store graphics, window displays, and Santa’s grotto visuals, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across touchpoints.
The brochure was distributed to 10,000 local households, and my visuals contributed to the overall seasonal campaign, including the grotto, which was fully booked despite social-distancing constraints.
I adapted the festive concept for social media, designing Instagram posts in a simplified, seasonal style.
